目的调查职业院校学生吸烟情况,为学校控烟提供科学依据。方法随机抽取某职业院校8个班级,对学生进行问卷调查。结果调查统计吸烟率为26.20%,男生吸烟率为41.20%,女生吸烟率为7.30%,差异有统计学意义(χ~2=63.68,P<0.01)。不同年级吸烟率无统计学意义(χ~2=1.01,P>0.05)。造成学生吸烟的原因主要为好奇心(49.60%)、学习、家庭压力(40.70%)、交际需要(36.40%)。戒烟因素包括严格的校纪班规、严格的家庭教育、丰富的课余生活、普及吸烟相关知识教育、周围朋友的反对等。结论职业院校学生吸烟现状堪忧,控烟工作前景仍不容乐观,急需采取有效的干预措施。
Objective To investigate smoking status of students in vocational colleges and provide scientific basis for school tobacco control. Methods Eight classes of a vocational college were selected randomly to conduct a questionnaire survey. Results The survey showed that the smoking rate was 26.20%, the smoking rate was 41.20% for boys and 7.30% for girls, the difference was statistically significant (χ ~ 2 = 63.68, P <0.01). Smoking rates in different grades were not statistically significant (χ ~ 2 = 1.01, P> 0.05). The main reasons causing students to smoke were curiosity (49.60%), study, family stress (40.70%) and communication needs (36.40%). Smoking cessation factors include strict school discipline rules, strict family education, a wealth of extra-curricular life, universal education of smoking-related knowledge, and other friends around the opposition. Conclusions Smoking prevalence in vocational schools is grim, and the prospects for tobacco control are still not optimistic. Effective interventions are urgently needed.
