［目的］比较延边朝鲜族自治州地区朝鲜族和汉族学生的血压偏高状况．【方法】采用整群抽样 方法，选延吉市区朝鲜族和汉族学生 １６９７人作为研究对象测量了血压．［结果］朝鲜族学生舒张压均值 和血压偏高率高于汉族．［结论］应加强对朝鲜族学生血压偏高的早期预防．
[Objective] To compare the high blood pressure of Korean and Han students in Yanbian Korean Autonomous Prefecture. 【Method】 A total of 1697 Korean and Han students in Yanji urban area were selected as subjects to measure blood pressure using cluster sampling method. [Results] The average diastolic blood pressure and high blood pressure of Korean students were higher than Han nationality. [Conclusion] The early prevention of high blood pressure of Korean students should be strengthened.
