我们建筑工作者和全国人民一样,满怀喜悦的心情,信心百倍地跨进了新的一年——一九六四年。 一九六三年是我国人民在社会主义革命和社会主义建设事业中,取得辉煌胜利的一年,是继续贯彻执行以农业为基础、以工业为主导发展国民经济的总方针取得新的伟大胜利的一年,是进一步贯彻执行自力更生,勤俭建国的方针,坚持执行“调整、巩固、充实、提高”八字方针取得更显著成绩的一年。我国人民在各个方面取得的辉煌成就,归根到底,是马克思列宁主义的胜利,是毛泽东思想的伟大胜利!
Our construction workers, like the people of the country, were filled with joy and confidently stepping into the new year - 1964. The year 1963 was a year in which the people of our country achieved glorious victory in the socialist revolution and socialist construction. It was a great victory in continuing to implement the general policy of developing the national economy based on agriculture and led by industry. The year was a year in which we further implemented the principle of self-reliance and diligence in the founding of our country, and persisted in implementing the “adjustment, consolidation, enrichment, and improvement” eight-character principle. The glorious achievements made by our people in all aspects are, in the final analysis, a victory for Marxism-Leninism and a great victory for Mao Tse-tung’s thought!
