新能源是指在新技术基础上加以开发利用的可再生能源,新能源产业是国民经济中的战略产业,具有技术先导性强、产业关联度大、资本密集等特点。为贯彻落实《关于加快培育和发展战略性新兴产业的若干意见》(甬党发〔2012〕147号),依据《宁波市新能源产业“十二五”发展规划》和《宁波市战略性新兴产业分类统计目录》(试行),以推进我市新能源产业健康发展为目的,特制订本行动计划。
New energy refers to the renewable energy that is developed and utilized on the basis of new technologies. The new energy industry is a strategic industry in the national economy. It has the characteristics of leading technology, large industrial association and capital-intensive. In order to implement the “Several Opinions on Accelerating the Fostering and Development of Strategic Emerging Industries” (Yong Dian Fa [2012] No. 147) and according to the “Twelfth Five-year Plan” of Ningbo New Energy Industry and the “Ningbo Strategy Sex Emerging Industries Statistical Catalog ”(for trial implementation), in order to promote the healthy development of new energy industry in our city for the purpose of special formulation of this action plan.
