目的研究系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患儿血清铁蛋白(SF)变化及临床意义。方法研究对象为2004—2009年在南昌大学第二附属医院住院的58例SLE患儿,采用化学发光法检测患儿治疗前和治疗后及30名健康体检儿童的SF。结果 SLE患儿SF显著高于对照组,且活动期SF显著高于静止期。SLE患儿治疗后SF明显下降。SLE患儿SF与抗ds-DNA抗体SLE疾病活动性指标(SLEDAI)评分均呈正相关。结论 SLE患儿的SF较健康儿童显著升高,SF与病情活动性呈正相关,可作为诊断儿童SLE有价值的实验室指标。
Objective To study the changes of serum ferritin (SF) in children with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) and its clinical significance. Methods The subjects were 58 children with SLE who were hospitalized at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from 2004 to 2009. The SF of children before and after treatment and 30 healthy children were detected by chemiluminescence method. Results SLE children SF was significantly higher than the control group, and active stage SF was significantly higher than the quiescent. SF in children with SLE decreased significantly after treatment. SLE children SF and anti-ds-DNA antibody SLE disease activity index (SLEDAI) score was positively correlated. Conclusion The SF in children with SLE is significantly higher than that in healthy children, SF is positively correlated with the activity of the disease, and can be used as a valuable laboratory index in diagnosing children with SLE.
