本文结合对一种光塑性材料(Cellidor B)的流变光学性能的测定,一方面给出了这种材料在变应速度ε处于7.35×10~(-61)/s~2.40×10~(21)/s范围内的流变光学性能;另一方面提出了一种实际可行的光测方法。这种方法主要用到偏光光弹仪和莫尔技术,不需要昂贵的电子测试设备。另外,利用了双台阶变截面的试件,解决了高应变速度下试件的应力测定问题。因而,相对地说,只要花费较低的费用就能进行测试。
In this paper, the determination of the rheological optical properties of a plastic material (Cellidor B), on the one hand, gives the material at a strain rate ε of 7.35 × 10 ~ (-61) / s ~ 2.40 × 10 ~ 21) / s range of rheological optical properties; on the other hand, a practical photometric method is proposed. This method mainly uses the polarized light projectile and Moore technology, does not require expensive electronic test equipment. In addition, the use of a double-stage variable cross-section of the specimen, to solve the high strain rate specimen stress measurement problems. Thus, relatively speaking, testing can be done at lower cost.
