提出了光强调制的横向双光束热透镜理论模型.利用积分变换法给出了样品内温度分布函数的表达式以及由温度场导致的探测光束在样品内的附加相位差.结合菲涅耳衍射理论,推导出热透镜信号表达式,并进行了数值计算与讨论.
A theoretical model of transverse double beam thermal lens with intensity modulated is proposed.The expression of temperature distribution function in the sample and the additional phase difference of the probe beam caused by the temperature field in the sample are given by the integral transform method.Combined with Fresnel diffraction Theory, the thermal lens signal expression is derived, and the numerical calculation and discussion are carried out.
