地铁和公交的有机衔接对整个城市公共交通网络正常运营起着决定作用。为评价地铁-公交接驳换乘状态,以管理者(设计运营)和乘客为角度,构建地铁-公交接驳换乘状态判别体系,并给出各指标的计算方法。在此基础上,以北京市为例,利用非均一数据包络分析评估模型,通过对输入冗余率及输出亏空率分析,提出各站点的有效管理优化方向。本文弥补地铁-公交接驳换乘监管、评估与优化空白,为提高接驳换乘运行效率和服务质量提供理论依据。
The organic connection between subway and bus plays a decisive role in the normal operation of the entire urban public transport network. In order to evaluate the status of transit interchange between subway and public transit, the judgment system of transit status between subway and public transit is constructed from the perspective of managers (design and operation) and passengers. The calculation method of each index is given. On the basis of this, taking Beijing as an example, this paper makes use of non-uniform data envelopment analysis model to evaluate the input redundancy rate and output shortfall rate and puts forward the effective management optimization direction of each site. This paper makes up for the supervision and evaluation of metro - bus connection transfer and optimization, and provides a theoretical basis for improving the efficiency and service quality of connection transfer.
