本文评述七五期间北京大学化学系电分析化学小组完成国家自然科学基金项目《极谱催化波的机理研究及应用》的成果和进展。内容分三个部分:一、极谱催化波的机理研究。二、稀土及某些元素络合吸附波的新体系。三、催化波和络合吸附波在植物生理研究中的应用。各举了具体例子并评议了电分析化学与生物化学交叉学科发展的前景。
This article reviews the achievements and progress made during the Seventh Five-year Plan period when the Electrochemical Analytical Chemistry Team of the Department of Chemistry, Peking University, completed the project “Research and Application of Polarographic Catalytic Waves” by the National Natural Science Foundation of China. The content is divided into three parts: First, polarographic catalytic wave mechanism research. Second, rare earth and some elements of complex absorption wave of the new system. Third, the catalytic wave and complex adsorption wave in the application of plant physiology. Each gives a concrete example and comments on the prospect of the interdisciplinary development of electroanalytical chemistry and biochemistry.
