目的 :进一步评价芦氟沙星 (rufloxacin)的有效性和安全性。方法 :采用开放性试验用芦氟沙星治疗 2 4例呼吸系统和泌尿系统细菌性感染的患者。其中包括急性化脓性扁桃腺炎 5例 ,肺部感染 8例 ,泌尿系感染 11例。结果 :芦氟沙星的临床有效率为 87.5 %。细菌阳性率为 3 8.1%。治疗后 5例细菌阴转 ,细菌清除率为 62 .5 %。不良反应发生率为 12 .5 % ,症状轻微 ,以胃肠道反应为主 ,无一例中止治疗。结论 :芦氟沙星对呼吸系统和泌尿系统感染有较好的疗效 ,不良反应发生率低。
Objective: To further evaluate the efficacy and safety of rufloxacin. METHODS: Forty-four patients with respiratory infections and urinary tract bacterial infections were treated with open-source test of rufloxacin. Including acute suppurative tonsillitis in 5 cases, 8 cases of pulmonary infection, urinary tract infection in 11 cases. Results: The clinical effective rate of rufloxacin was 87.5%. The positive rate of bacteria was 3 8.1%. After treatment, 5 cases of bacteria negative conversion, bacterial clearance rate of 62.5%. The incidence of adverse reactions was 12.5%, mild symptoms, mainly gastrointestinal reactions, without treatment termination. Conclusion: Luofloxacin has a good effect on respiratory and urinary tract infections, with a low incidence of adverse reactions.
