本文在广泛调查研究现有各种直线型漏斗的结拱情况和破拱措施的基础上,分析了散料流动的力学特性,指出阻力集中是形成结拱敏感区段的基本原因。从阻力均匀化的论点出发,推导出对数方程式,建造新型曲线漏斗。这种漏斗的阻力系数比直线斗型的小34%。经过工业实践,已取得初步成果,基本上消除了结拱现象,散煤单位流量增加45~53%。本文还对新斗型的设计以及现有各种直线斗型的改造提出了一些具体建议。
In this paper, based on extensive investigations on the knotting and broken arches of various existing straight funnels, the mechanical properties of the bulk flow are analyzed. It is pointed out that the resistance concentration is the basic reason for the formation of sensitive sections of the knot. Starting from the argument of uniform resistance, a logarithmic equation is deduced to construct a new curve funnel. The funnel’s drag coefficient is 34% smaller than a straight bucket. After industrial practice, preliminary results have been achieved, basically eliminating the phenomenon of arching, coal unit flow increased 45 ~ 53%. This article also made some specific suggestions on the design of the new bucket and the existing transformation of the straight bucket.
