蒋介石制定的“连坐法”,是他治理国民党军队的拿手的一招儿,也是他一生最得意的杰作之一。那么,“连坐法”是怎样产生的?它是一种什么样的法规?在国民党军队中执行得怎么样?这一系列的问题,满有点儿意思。 于是,笔者在为全国政协常委、黄埔军校同学会会长、黄埔军校一期生李默庵将军撰写回忆录时,留意采访了这个问题,听老人讲述了许多重要的内容和生动的故事。
Chiang Kai-shek’s “even sitting law,” a tactic used by him to govern the Kuomintang troops, is one of his most proud masterpieces in his life. So what happened to the CSA?
