介绍了采用EBT电炉-LF精炼炉-VD真空炉-CC连铸流程生产的GCr15轴承钢生产工艺及产品质量现状。重点通过控制电炉出钢终点ω[C];LF扩散脱氧、全程控制Al含量、优化精炼渣系;VD真空脱气及软吹氩搅拌;连铸氩气保护浇注等工艺措施,对GCr15钢的生产工艺进行优化,实现了低氧高纯净钢的冶炼,提高了钢水洁净度和可浇铸性,钢中全氧含量控制在12×10-6以下,平均8×10-6,最低5×10-6,夹杂物最高级别A类1.5-B类1.0-C类0.5-D类0.5级。解决了GCr15钢连铸水口结瘤问题,连浇炉数达到了中间包耐材极限承受能力,实现了20连浇。
