中国福利彩票历经25年的发展,筹集福利彩票公益金过千亿,已成为发展我国社会福利事业的重要支柱。中国儿童福利制度在经济结构与社会结构转型过程中也正在发生制度性的转变。文章以社会学功能论分析福利彩票的发展对我国儿童福利事业发展的社会功能。
After 25 years of development, China Welfare Lottery has raised hundreds of billions of welfare funds for welfare lotteries and has become an important pillar for the development of China’s social welfare undertakings. China’s child welfare system is also undergoing institutional changes in the process of economic restructuring and social structural transformation. The article analyzes the social function of the development of welfare lottery to the development of children welfare in China based on the sociological theory of function.
