“层层加码”严重损害了党和政府形象,误导中央和地方的规划决策、损害政府公信力、造成决策失误,并且污染社会风气。消除“层层加码”之风势在必行,要建立科学的激励机制和利益导向机制,破除错位的政绩观;要根治攀比风,建立终身追责制;要运用大数据,加强社会监督,减少各种评估和达标活动,及时矫正“层层加码”恶习。
