良性家族性震颤亦称原发性震颤,本症常使患者丧失精细手工操作能力。作者偶见一患者用扑痛酮治疗癫痫时其良性家族性震颤有显著改善。为证实疗效,作者在8年间前瞻性研究了20例(年龄15～78岁)。其中,除6人因眩晕、不安、恶心不能耐受治疗外,其余患者均好转。为探讨疗效属该药本身或是其主要代谢物苯巴比妥或苯基乙基丙二酰胺的作用,作者对其中2例作了进一步研究。例1男性,64岁,双手细震颧多年,因其签名不能被辨认而就医,此前数月已因手书能力变差脱离秘书工作。查体除轻度蹒跚、双手粗大震颤外,无其它异常。血压145/95mmHg,甲状腺功能试
Benign familial tremor, also known as primary tremor, often causes the patient to lose the ability to fine manual operation. Occasionally, a patient with psoriasis treatment of epilepsy had a significant improvement in his family members of familial tremor.
