椎一基底动脉供血不足(VBI)是中老年多发常见病。我们应用尼莫地平治疗VBI,并应用经颅多普勒超声(TCD)观察对椎动脉(VA)、基底动脉(BA)的影响,结果表明尼莫地平能显著改善病人椎一基底动脉供血,疗效显著。现总结报告如下。 1 资料与方法
