Thomas Jefferson, chief architect of democracy in the United States, said: “No society can make a permanent constitution.” However, the Constitution of the United States of America has gone through more than two hundred years of ups and downs and has undergone tremendous changes in the modern and even post-modern American society. So far, however, its vitality has still been glowed. Judging from the historical process of constitutional history of the world, this can not but be regarded as a miracle. Undoubtedly, this amazing vitality of the U.S. constitution stems from the great design and wise compromise of constitutional lawmakers. It comes from the fact that the American society has made a constitutional right like the Bible
