目的:探讨博落回植株地上部分各器官生物碱的含量,为进一步开发利用博落回植物资源提供科学依据。方法:应用正交设计的方法,以浸膏得率和生物碱含量为考察指标,对博落回生物碱的提取条件进行优选。然后,在优选条件下对同一生长环境中同一时期采集的博落回植株茎、叶、果实各部位进行生物碱提取及其含量测定。结果:各考察因素对博落回生物碱提取工艺的影响程度是溶剂量倍>药材预浸时间>提取次数/提取时间>提取温度。博落回生物碱提取的最佳条件为A1B1C1D1。在相同的实验条件下,同一生长时期、同一生长环境中的博落回植株地上部分各器官生物碱的含量是果实最高,叶次之,茎最少。结论:在pH值2的85%乙醇溶液中,博落回生物碱提取的最佳工艺条件是用5倍量固液比将药材在溶剂中预浸24h,提取2次,每次20min,提取温度为20℃。博落回植株地上部分各器官中生物碱的含量是不同的。
Objective: To explore the contents of alkaloids in various organs above and below the plants of Botanic Regeneration, and to provide scientific basis for further exploitation and utilization of botanical resources. Methods: Orthogonal design method was used to extract rate and alkaloid content as the index of investigation, the optimum conditions for the extraction of the alkaloids from Plutella. CONCLUSION: The optimal extraction conditions of alkaloids in the 85% ethanol solution at pH 2 were as follows: the extract was pre-soaked in solvent for 5 times with solid-to-liquid ratio of 5 times, extracted twice for 20 minutes and extracted The temperature is 20 ° C.
