为了测定血小板有关的 IgG(PAIgG),作者提出了一种简单的酶联免疫测定法,在适当的顺序后应用此法提取血小板 IgG 成为液相,然后把液化的PAIgG 与市售所得的包被于聚苯乙烯上的抗人体 IgG(AHG)结合,再加入用 P-硝苯磷酸盐作为底物的酶反应物测定已结合的 PAIgG 量.从下列各组研究血小板:(1)正常的健康志愿者;(2)自身免疫性血小板减少症(AITP);(3)淋巴/浆细胞增殖性疾病(淋巴瘤、骨髓瘤、慢性淋巴细胞白血病;(4)其它疾病。
To determine platelet-associated IgG (PAIgG), the authors proposed a simple enzyme-linked immunoassay using this method to extract platelet IgG into the liquid phase in the proper sequence and then liquefying PAIgG with commercially available coated Anti-human IgG (AHG) binding on polystyrene, followed by the addition of an amount of PAIgG bound to an enzyme reaction using p-nitrophenyl phosphate as substrate The platelets were studied from the following groups: (1) normal health Volunteers; (2) autoimmune thrombocytopenia (AITP); (3) lymphoproliferative disorders (lymphoma, myeloma, chronic lymphocytic leukemia; (4) other diseases.
