2,2,4-三甲基-1,3-戊二醇(以下简称TMPD-ol)是香料、杀虫剂、油墨、表面活性剂、树脂和塑料等化工生产的重要中间体,笔者曾探索了它的两条合成路线。实验表明:Ⅰ法反应是分两步进行的,产物需要催化氢化而得,工艺复杂,成本亦高;而Ⅱ法是一步合成产物,工艺简单,成本较低,但总收率不及Ⅰ法(Ⅰ法收率为40-43%,Ⅱ法收率为34-37%)。如何提高TMPD-ol的收率?笔者又针对Ⅱ法合成巾碱的浓度、反应时间以及采用相转移催化剂等影响因素,分别进行了试验。

Experiments show that: Ⅰ reaction is carried out in two steps, the product obtained by catalytic hydrogenation, the process is complex, the cost is high; and Ⅱ method is a one-step synthesis of products, the process is simple, lower cost, but the total yield is less than Ⅰ method Ⅰ method yield of 40-43%, Ⅱ method yield of 34-37%). How to improve the yield of TMPD-ol? The author also for Ⅱ method of synthetic napkin alkali concentration, reaction time and the use of phase transfer catalyst and other influencing factors were tested.
