对27例(54耳)肾衰患者进行纯音测听,发现26耳伴感觉神经性耳聋,22耳有高频听力损害,其听力减退与不伴肾衰的慢性肾炎患者比较,差异有非常显著的意义。肾衰患者听力损害血压正常与血压增高组间差异无显著性。对肾衰听力异常的15耳行声导抗测试,在有重振的10耳中低血钙占8耳。肾衰患者听力减退与低血钙有一定关系。
Pure tone audiometry was performed in 27 patients (54 ears) with renal failure. 26 ears with sensory nerve deafness and 22 ears with high-frequency hearing loss were found.
