伴随着新课程改革的脚步日益加快,我国初中教学节奏也有一定程度的提升,很多教师在实践教学过程中总会遇到一些教学难题无法解决,从而在学生的学习过程中没有做好积极的引导。因此,经过众多教学工作者的实践探究和教育专家的总结,分层教学法得到了一致推崇。教师在实践教学过程中按照学生的具体学习情况因材施教,教会学生把学过的基础数学知识进行消化和理解,提高学生的自主学习能力,从而为学生建立一个相对合理科学的学习体系,推动学生综合学习能力的提升。本文将针对初中数学教学中的具体教学案例,结合我多年来的数学实践教学经验,阐述具体的教学策略和方法,希望对广大初中教学工作者有所裨益。
With the accelerating pace of new curriculum reform, the rhythm of junior middle school teaching in our country has also been promoted to a certain extent. Many teachers can not solve some teaching problems in the process of practice teaching, so they are not actively guided in their learning process . Therefore, after many teaching workers practice exploration and education experts concluded, the layered teaching method has been unanimously respected. In the process of practice teaching, teachers teach students in accordance with the specific conditions of learning, teaching students to learn the basic mathematical knowledge to digest and understand, improve students’ ability to learn independently, so as to establish a relatively reasonable scientific learning system for students to promote student synthesis Learning ability to enhance. This article will aim at specific teaching cases in junior high school mathematics teaching, combined with my many years of teaching experience in mathematics practice, elaborating specific teaching strategies and methods, hoping to benefit junior middle school teaching workers.
