膀胱节育环结石2例报告

膀胱节育环结石,临床少见。现将我们遇到的2例报道如下: 【例1】冯××,女性,38岁,农民。上节育环4年伴不规则血尿而于1982年9月1日入院。1978年春,患者因多子女,由当地保健员置不锈钢丝制单环宫内节育器。据云当时置环困难,上环当天感下腹坠胀伴有肉眼血尿及尿频、尿急、尿痛等膀胱刺激症状,经对症治疗好转。上环9个月后,患者又孕而行“人工流产术”,并同时行绝育术。术后取环失败伴排
