一侧肾脏有较难以处理的病变,对侧肾巨大积水的情况是泌尿外科临床上的难题。我们采用回肠输尿管术治疗2例取得较满意效果。例,1女,27岁,左腹渐胀痛伴发热24天,于1988年2月26日入院。体查:左腹部巨大囊性包块,双肾区压痛、叩击痛。查血13uN24mg/dL。ivp示左肾不显影,右肾盂肾盏多发性结石并轻度积水。B超检查示在肾巨大积水,右肾多发性结石并小量积水。诊断
