Nanluogu Lane is the most characteristic and historical and cultural alley of Beijing, a well-developed commercial, a total of 120 stores the size of workers more than 500 people. South gong's food and beverage industry presents a market-oriented, diversified and wicket shops, more foreign workers, and less staff and other characteristics of the store. While specialty businesses bring economic benefits to stores, the labor intensity of employees also increases correspondingly, but the income of employees in various stores is not balanced. In the past, the wages of employees in the enterprises in this street were “signed” with the employer's verbal agreement. Therefore, the contradiction between labor and capital was heavy and the disputes continued. On the basis of further investigation and study, the Crossroads Trade Union recognized that this phenomenon can no longer be continued, and wage collective bargaining is the best way to change the situation.
