The fourth annual meeting of X-ray diffraction specialists organized by TISCO Steel Research Institute was held in Taiyuan from October 6 to October 9, 1987. Zhang Zhongxiao, Deputy Secretary General of Shanxi Metal Society, and Lin Qi, deputy chief engineer of TISCO Corporation, attended the meeting and made speeches; the X-ray Specialized Committee of the Chinese Physics Society sent a congratulatory message to the conference.
