质量是学校的生命线,质量是素质教育的核心所在。以造车鼻祖奚仲的名字命名的山东省枣庄市薛城区奚仲中学,近年来,以创新为精神之魂、动力之源,秉持“让创新为师生成长导航”的教育理念,发扬“同心共进,惟先必争”的学校精神,坚持课堂教学主阵地,以培养学生学习能力为主旨,改革课堂教学模式,优化教学过程;实施师友合作,提高教学效能;探索常规管理新模式,创新质量督导监控机制,激发团队精神,全面提升教育教学质量,逐步构建出奚仲特色的教学管理文化。
