铁路内燃机车轴承滚动体运行12万公里后发生a.滚珠变黑b.滚柱产生麻点。本文用扫描电镜、X光能谱仪、俄歇谱仪微束方法及其它辅助实验对比现象进行研究。说明了产生的原因,并强调为了行车安全对此必须按有关规程办事,并提出了改进措施。主要实验结果和分析如下:1.扫描电镜分析:对未运行及运行后变色的滚珠表面扫描电镜观察,发现未运行的滚珠表面只是机械加工的沟槽,但变色滚珠表面氧化严重,不致密氧化皮布满小针孔,机械加工沟槽变薄。这说明运行后变色
