去年推广打开渣孔操作和补充送风前爐回气的經驗以来,許多厂在强化冲天爐方面取得了很大的成績,普遍提高了鉄水温度,降低了焦比。在推广上述經驗的基础上,許多工厂又进一步创造了二次送风的經驗。上海市自新泰翻砂厂二次送风和前炉回气装置成功以后,全市以大跃进的速度,在二十天內就改装了近300座冲天爐。二次送风的原理是进一步利用冲天炉还原带內一氧化碳的化学热,使其燃烧放出热量来預热爐料,特別是和前炉回气結合起来,就能在多方面利用
