我厂电焊组组长杨寿明同志经过几次改进,制成一种粘结焊条的焊把,使焊条完全能用完。焊把的构造如图所示:1是利用普通废焊钳的胶木把;2是中碳钢螺杆;3是用低碳钢做的粘结体。在使用一定时间后,如粘结体表面焊渣堆集过多,只要在砂轮上将焊渣磨去又可继续使用。如果每次工作时将第一根焊条留5~7毫米长的焊条头,以后的焊条就粘结在达根焊条头上,就可延长粘结体的使用寿命。4是止头螺钉,防止在施焊中粘结体与螺杆发生松脱现象。
