1病例报告患儿男,6岁,主因阴囊部肿痛2d,于2012年5月10日来我院就诊。就诊前2d无明显诱因出现阴囊部肿胀伴疼痛,无发热和腮腺部肿痛等其他不适。查体:体温36.5℃、脉搏78/min、呼吸20/min、血压100/70mmHg(1mmHg=0.133kPa),发育正常,意识清楚,精神反应可,全身皮肤未见皮疹,全身浅表淋巴结未触及肿大,头颅五官无异常,双侧腮腺、颌下腺均不肿大,腮腺导管口无红肿。颈软,心、肺、腹部未发现异常。四肢关节无红肿,活动自如。阴囊部肿胀明
A case report, male, 6 years old, the main cause of swelling and pain of the scrotum 2d, on May 10, 2012 came to our hospital. 2d before treatment no obvious incentive to cause swelling of the scrotum with pain, no fever and parotid gland swelling and other discomfort. Examination: body temperature 36.5 ℃, pulse 78 / min, breathing 20 / min, blood pressure 100 / 70mmHg (1mmHg = 0.133kPa), normal development, consciousness, mental reaction can be no skin rash, systemic superficial lymph nodes not touched Swollen, no abnormal cranial features, bilateral parotid gland, submandibular gland are not swollen, parotid duct mouth no swelling.
