为探讨阿片依赖和戒断的神经生物学机制,本研究观察了吗啡依赖和戒断对大鼠脑内与奖赏效应及戒断症状有关核团中β内啡肽(βEP) 含量的影响。结果:(1)吗啡依赖大鼠伏隔核(Acc) 、中脑导水管周围灰质(PAG) 、蓝斑核(LC) 和下丘脑弓状核(ARH) 的βEP含量显著低于正常对照组( P < 0 .05 或0 .01) 。(2) 吗啡戒断大鼠Acc 和ARH 的βEP含量与依赖组比较无显著差异,仍显著低于正常对照组( P< 0 .05 或0 .01) ;而VTA( 腹侧被盖区) 、PAG 和LC 的βEP 含量较依赖组显著升高( P< 0 .05) ,与正常对照组比较无显著差异。结论:吗啡依赖和戒断时脑内与奖赏效应及戒断症状有关的一些核团中β内啡肽含量发生了改变。
In order to explore the neurobiological mechanisms of opiate dependence and withdrawal, we investigated the effects of morphine dependence and withdrawal on the content of β-endorphin (βEP) in the nucleus of reward and withdrawal symptoms in rats influences. Results: (1) The content of βEP in morphine-dependent rat nucleus accumbens (Acc), periaqueductal gray (PAG), locus coeruleus (LC) and hypothalamic arcuate nucleus (ARH) Control group (P <0.05 or 0.01). (2) The contents of βEP in Acc and ARH of morphine withdrawal rats were not significantly different from those in dependent group, but still significantly lower than those in normal control group (P <0.05 or 0.01) ), PAG and LC βEP content was significantly higher than the dependent group (P <0 .05), compared with the normal control group no significant difference. CONCLUSIONS: The content of β-endorphin in some nuclei associated with reward effects and withdrawal symptoms in the brain during morphine dependence and withdrawal was altered.
