几年来,我院坚持在深化改革、强化管理中,不断加强职业道德建设,做到在改革中讲医德,在管理中讲医德,在服务中讲医德,把医德医风建设和医院的各项工作有机结合起来,运用“四法”狠抓职业道德建设,取得了一定成效.1 教育启迪法医德教育内容首先是社会主义的医学伦理学,包括医德原则和医德规范,这是医务人员的必修课.爱国主义、集体主义、社会主义教育也是医德教育的重要内容.医院每年作一次教育计划.每月安排一次政治理论学习或医德教育内容.为了加强教育的针对性,注意针对不同的对象提出不同的要求,对新职工要进行医德基本知识规范的系统训练,上岗前教育不少于一周时间;对在职职工采取考评方式,每月自评,每季由科室医德医风领导小组签署意见,作为评先、职称晋升的依据之一;对重点部门的岗位人员(手术科室医务人员、管钱管物人员)定期医德查房,进行廉洁行医和遵纪守重点教育,做到警钟长鸣.

Different requirements require the systematic training of new workers on the basic knowledge of medical ethics. Pre-employment education is not less than one week. Self-assessment is performed monthly for the in-service employees, and opinions are signed by the medical ethics leadership team on a quarterly basis. As one of the basis for assessment and promotion of professional titles; positions for key departments (medical personnel in surgical departments, money management personnel) Rounds of medical ethics, be honest practice and propriety focus on education, so that alarm bells ringing.
