随着医疗体制改革步伐的加快,一向为职工家属服务的铁路医院即将被推向市场.在这新旧体制交替之际,摒弃几十年来计划经济中形成的旧观念、老作法,建立适应市场、服务市场的新观念、新机制,是走向市场的前提.在学习贯彻党的十五大精神的实践中,通过积极探索,我们体会到:“转换”的整个过程,必须把邓小平理论的精髓解放思想、实事求是贯彻始终,把“以市场为中心”这篇文章做好,搞好“定位”、“机制”、“突破”三个课题,在职工中解决要不要改革、如何改革的问题,才能迎接市场挑战.1 没有市场定位,就没有医院地位
