俗话说,“百人百性”。人各有不同于他人的性格,在思想上、工作上、生活作风上各有其特点。譬如,有人内向,平时沉默寡言,讨论会上更是慎重,不轻易发表意见;有人则心直口快,有想法就讲出来,对领导有意见也直通通地往外倒。对这两种人往往褒贬不一,甚至给予不公正的对待;前者可能被认为是思想不开展,态度消极;而后者可能被认为是政治上不成熟。这固然与思想方法的形而上学有关,但对同志缺乏理解,误把个性当缺点也是一条重要原因。出现这类事情,很容易挫伤群众的积极性和独
As the saying goes, “Hundreds of people.” People are different from each other’s personality, ideologically, work, life style has its own characteristics. For example, some people are introverted and usually dumb. The seminar is even more cautious. They do not easily express their opinions. Some people have a straightforward mindset and some ideas to speak out. Opinions about the leadership are also straight down. Often, these two kinds of people are mixed or even unfairly treated; the former may be perceived as not thinking, negative attitude; and the latter may be considered politically immature. Although this is related to the metaphysics of ideological methods, it is also an important reason for the lack of understanding of comrades and the mistaken consideration of individuality as shortcomings.
