游戏是幼儿的基本活动,是幼儿的生活方式或生存方式,幼儿园应该以游戏为基本活动。教师支持和引导幼儿游戏的能力是核心专业能力之一。本文以中班“毛衫店”主题角色游戏为例谈教师在游戏活动的支持与引导行为与能力。本文提出教师要敏锐捕捉幼儿游戏的兴趣点,帮助孩子生成新的游戏主题;在游戏开展的过程中根据游戏进展情况丰富幼儿的相关经验,从而支持游戏情节的不断深化;教师要给予幼儿游戏空间规划、材料提供的支持等方面保障幼儿开展游戏的条件,从而引导幼儿获得多方面的发展。
The game is the basic activities of young children, children’s lifestyle or way of life, kindergarten should be game-based activities. The ability of teachers to support and guide toddlers is one of the core competencies. This article takes the class “sweater shop” theme character game as an example to talk about teachers’ support and guiding behavior and ability in game activities. This paper proposes that teachers should be keen to capture the points of interest in early childhood games to help children generate new theme of the game. In the process of the game, the experience of the children should be enriched according to the progress of the game so as to support the continuous deepening of the plot of the game. Planning, material support and other aspects of child protection to protect the conditions of the game, so as to guide children to obtain multi-faceted development.
