1999年12月26日,科学技术部发布的《社会力量设立科学技术奖管理办法》正式出台,2006年,该管理办法被修改和完善。经过12年,分布在各行各业的百余项社会力量设奖如火如荼,有的甚至已经树立为行业奖励的品牌。今年,国家科学技术奖励工作办公室社会奖励处在陈志敏副主任的带领下走访各地,开展了调研活动。让我们跟随他们的步伐一起关注社会力量设奖。
