Hemolymphs were collected from Anopheles stephensi (Anopterytephensi) at 5, 7, and 9 days after the initial eczema and inhalation of normal rat blood or infected with Phytophthora sojae (Phosphatidylinosyoii) mice. The constants were determined by ICAP-9000 plasma atomic emission spectrometer Elements and trace elements, and comparative analysis of the changes of 20 elements. The first mosquito mosquitoes and vampire blood (the normal mouse blood and infected mice infected with malaria parasite) after 5d mosquitoes, there are seven kinds of elements have a very significant difference (P <0.01), a element of significant difference P <0.05). Comparing the content of lymphocytes in mosquitoes between infected and uninfected malaria parasites, there were 12 elements P <0.01.3 and 5 elements P <0.05 on the 5th day after sucking blood, 7 elements P <0.01 on the 7th day after sucking blood, 1 element P <0.05; 9 days after vampire, 6 elements P <0.01, 2 elements P <0.05. The results of this study show that mosquito hemolymph content and its nutritional metabolism and development are closely related. Suggesting that the parasite parasites may affect mosquito-mediated changes in the content of lymphocytes.
