用免疫细胞化学ABC法和镀银复染,研究人胎(孕龄为16~28周的人流标本)小脑酪氨酸羟化酶(tyro-sine hydrolyse,TH)和多巴胺β-羟化酶(dopamine β-hydrolyse,DβH)神经元及其传入纤维的发育.结果证实,16~18周龄,两种免疫性反应已出现于小脑皮质的分子层,Purkinje细胞和粒细胞层.23周,TH和DβH阳性Purkinje细胞排列紧密,其核周质含粗大颗粒状的呈色物明显地延伸至突起内,此外,分子层尚见有棱形的蓝细胞和圆形的星形细胞均有散在的阳性反应.26~28周,皮质各阳性胞体的突起明显增长,胞体增大.切片镀银复染,16周龄的皮质亦已见有丰富的苔状纤维和少量的平行纤维存在;随胎龄发育,TH和DβH两种阳性Purkinje细胞胞体和突起均还有较丰富的爬行纤维附着;且分子层内可见更多的平行纤维与阳性的Purkinje细胞的突起相交错成网.小脑中央各核,16~18周龄已明显有TH和DβH的阳性反应,且随胎龄的发育,各核群(顶核、球核、栓核和齿状核)的阳性胞体各异,而其各胞体的直径大小,则始终是以齿状核的胞体为最小.切片镀银复染,在本文的最早胎龄(16周)亦已见大量的传入纤维布于中央各核,在阳性胞体上均附有传入纤维的突触样小结;23周龄后,中央核内阳性胞体与小脑皮质、前庭脊核,以及参与小脑脚的纤维联系,所见更为丰富和显著
