中职生是特殊的学生群体。他们正值青春期或青年初期,这一时期是人的心理变化最激烈的时期,也是产生心理困惑、心理冲突最多的时期。这既是他们人生的重大转折时期,又是他们健康人格发展的黄金阶段,更是心理发展最富特色的时期,在感情上既表现为活泼、热情,但又容易急躁、激动,不善于用意志控制自己的感情。本人从事职教工作10年,深感中职学生不良心理的危害及矫正的紧迫性和必要性,在此谈谈我的管窥之见与粗浅认识。
