游泳,是现代体育项目之一,该项运动不仅可以锻炼学生的身体、增强学生的肌肉系统。同时,其还可以提高学生身体的柔韧性、增强学生的体质,甚至可以帮助学生减肥。基于以上优点,使得游泳开始受到越来越多人的青睐,我国部分高校甚至为之成立了专门的课程。但是,在游泳学习初期,很多学生存在恐惧心理,影响学生学习效率的提升。对此,本文就对如何在大学游泳教学中消除学生的恐惧心理进行一些探究。
Swimming, is one of the modern sports, the sport can not only exercise the students ’bodies, enhance students’ muscular system.
