随着市场经济的繁荣发展,假日经济的日益活跃,为酒店业带来了勃勃生机。近年来我省旅游饭店业发展取得了巨大的发展和进步,酒店产业规模不断扩大,产业素质稳步提升,星级饭店在我省经济社会中的影响力日益扩大。经济发达地区,旅游市场繁荣,星级酒店星罗棋布,然而酒店对高素质入才的占有率远没有达到上述标准。酒店数量迅速增加,必将导致酒店集团管理人才的匮乏,从而影响管理和服务水准。针对此现象,此次就目前酒店业需求的人才类型进行调查分析,同时为各大、专院校酒店管理专业在实践教学方面提出一些有益的思路。

In recent years, the development of tourism hotel industry in our province has made tremendous progress and progress. The influence of star-rated hotels in our economy and society has been expanding day by day. Economically developed areas, the tourism market is booming, star-rated hotels dotted, but the hotel’s share of high-quality talent far falls short of the above criteria. The rapid increase in the number of hotels, will inevitably lead to the lack of management personnel of hotel groups, thus affecting the management and service standards. In response to this phenomenon, the current needs of the hotel industry demand for the type of personnel to conduct an investigation and analysis, at the same time for major, tertiary institutions, hotel management professionals put forward some useful ideas in practical teaching.
