本地区产妇于产后均有饮用自家酿制酒的习惯,饮酒量较多且集中,每日达0.25～1.0公斤,连续饮用10天至1个月之久。临床见不少产妇于饮酒后7天到15天左右出现腹痛、便秘、呕吐等症状,以及肝、肾、心脏、神经精神系统亦出现病变症状。病程绵长,重者可致死。多年来病因不明,疗效不佳。根据临床表现,疑为产后饮用自家酿制酒所致的铅中毒。为此,
