蛛网膜下腔出血临床上比较常见,根据头痛,呕吐,颅内压增高,脑膜刺激征和血性脑脊液可确定诊断。但有临床症状和体征不典型者,诊断较为困难,发病开始有时误诊。我院收治的蛛网膜下腔出血(以下称本病)病例中,不典型者21例,有以下几种表现形式: 一.临床症状,体征不典型,初诊为其它疾病,直到腰穿为血性脑脊液方确诊为“本病”共13例。
