病历摘要患者,女性,50岁,因不规则发热、胸闷5个月,伴进行性呼吸困难、咯血1个月于1985年8月15日入院。5个月前出现发热(37.5～38℃),伴腰酸、乏力、盗汗、胸闷、无寒战、咳嗽及咯痰。因尿常规不正常,按泌尿系感染治疗无效,后按系统性红斑狼疮治疗,口服强的松1个月后体温渐降至正常。此间曾有高热(39℃)3次。胸片示两肺均匀分布之小点状阴影,以中下肺为著。纤维支气管镜检查示气管、支气
