环保法修订草案通过 低毒农药再成热点

本刊讯近日,环保法修订案经十二届全国人大常委会第八次会议表决通过,“环保”继两会后再度成为市场热点。业内人士表示,受环保因素影响,农药行业有望进行整合,将淘汰污染较大的高毒农药产品及产能,低毒农药将成主流。受政策导致环保预期偏紧影响,传统高毒农药因其在生产中存在较大程度的污染将被逐渐替代,因此低毒农药有望在未来成为市场主流,而其需求也因市场高毒农药产量的减少而得到有效提升。 Recently, the Environmental Protection Law Amendment was approved at the Eighth Meeting of the 12th NPC Standing Committee, and “Environmental Protection” has once again become a market hot spot after the two sessions.
