应用MTT活细胞测定法和3H-TdR细菌掺入法,观察人尿集落刺激因子(CSF)体外加入对受照小鼠外周血成熟粒细胞存活以及体内注射对外周血吞噬功能的影响.结果表明:体内加入一定浓度的CSF能提高外周血粒细胞的存活,且有良好的剂量效应关系.同时入尿CSF能增强受照鼠外周血的吞噬功能.提示入CSF具有辐射保护作用可能与之有关.
The effects of adding human urine colony stimulating factor (CSF) in vitro on phagocytic function of peripheral blood mononuclear cells in irradiated mice and the in vivo injection of phagocytosis were observed by MTT assay and 3H-TdR incorporation assay. The results showed that: adding a certain concentration of CSF in vivo can improve the survival of peripheral blood granulocytes, and has a good dose-response relationship. At the same time into the urine CSF can enhance the phagocytosis of irradiated peripheral blood. Prompted into the CSF with radiation protection may be related.
