高职院校的人事管理相对企业的人事管理机制来说比较简单,但存在两方面分歧,即以人为本与就事论事。对于多数高校而言,有序的人事管理的主要对象是教师群体,但管理过程存在复杂、多变的特点,而要保证管理效果,必须找到管理平衡点,对教师进行合理的人事调动是高职教育培养人才的关键,是高职教育的基本保障。本文就哲学的思维特点,尝试将哲学思维融入人事管理工作中,试图通过稳序进行人事管理保障高职教育有序进行。
Personnel management of higher vocational colleges relative to the personnel management mechanism is relatively simple, but there are two differences, that is, people-oriented and practical considerations. In this paper, I try to integrate philosophical thinking into the work of personnel management on the basis of philosophical thinking characteristics and try my best to ensure the orderly development of higher vocational education through personnel management in a steady sequence.
