目的:观察活血通脉片(HXTMT)对实验性急性心肌缺血状态下犬血浆内皮素(ET)、血栓素(TXB2)及6-酮-前列腺素(6-keto-PGF1a)活性的影响.方法:采用结扎冠脉,造成犬急性心肌缺血、心肌梗塞动物模型,经颈外静脉插管至冠状静脉窦,测定冠脉结扎15min(药前)及药后不同实验时间点血浆ET、TXB2、6-keto-PGF1a的含量.结果:实验结果提示,与对照组比较,活血通脉片能降低血浆ET和TXB2水平(P<0.05~P<0.001)提高6-keto-PGF1a活性(P<0.001),增加6-keto-PGF1a/TXB2的比值(P<0.01).结论:活血通脉片对实验性急性心肌缺血犬ET、TXB2及6-keto-PGF1a有明显影响,提示该药对急性心肌缺血有保护作用.
Objective: To observe the effect of Huoxue Tongmai Tablet (HXTMT) on plasma endothelin (ET), thromboxane (TXB2) and 6-keto-PGF1a in experimental acute myocardial ischemia. METHODS: An animal model of canine acute myocardial ischemia and myocardial infarction was induced by ligation of coronary artery. The external jugular vein was cannulated into the coronary sinus and the ET and TXB2 levels were determined at different experimental time points after coronary artery ligation for 15 min (before drug) and after drug administration. Content of 6-keto-PGF1a. Results: The experimental results suggest that compared with the control group, Huoxue Tongmai tablet can reduce plasma ET and TXB2 levels (P<0.05-P<0.001) and increase 6-keto-PGF1a activity (P<0.001). Increase the ratio of 6-keto-PGF1a/TXB2 (P<0.01). Conclusion: Huoxuetongmai Tablet has obvious effects on ET, TXB2 and 6-keto-PGF1a in experimental acute myocardial ischemia in dogs, suggesting that this medicine has protective effect on acute myocardial ischemia.
